Embroidery FAQ

Can I return an item that has been embroidered?  
All custom embroidered items are final sale and can't be returned. 
 
What is the standard turnaround time?  
Our standard turnaround time for orders is approximately 3-4 business days from the order date. This can change based on time of year and demand. 

All customized orders will need to be received by 4.27 to ship in time for Mother's Day.  

Are there limitations on what can be embroidered?  
Yes, character limits vary depending on the garment and embroidery location. The maximum number of characters will be displayed during the customization process. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that includes registered trademarks, profanity, or other objectionable words or phrases. 
 
Will my embroidered garment appear exactly like the mockup on the website?  
While our digital mockups are a close representation of the final product, please note that slight variations in embroidery size and color may occur. Each physical piece is unique and may differ slightly from the on-screen preview.  
 
In what order will initials appear if I get a monogram? 
You’ll enter your initials in the exact order you’d like them to appear. Case sensitive. You’ll be able to preview your monogram before placing your order. 
 
Can I get a custom logo embroidered or place a bulk order?

What kind of thread is used?  
We use 100% eco friendly rayon thread, Oek-Tek certified to be free from harmful substances. 

What are the care instructions for embroidered items? 
To keep your designs looking brand new for as long as possible, we recommend:  

  • Washing inside out to prevent friction with other clothes. 

  • Using cold water and a gentle detergent. 

  • Air drying flat whenever possible to prevent shrinkage or warping.* *If the garment itself shrinks significantly (e.g., from high-heat washing), it may cause the embroidery to appear puckered.
