Day of Deets:

  • Line for each time slot will begin only 30 minutes prior to scheduled time slot.
  • Proof of ticket purchase will be required upon entry. No entry without a ticket.
  • No fitting rooms available.
  • Communal mirror stations available. 
  • No cellphone charging stations.
  • Restrooms available, not for try-on purposes. 
  • Cash and credit card accepted.
  • All tickets and items purchased at the warehouse sale are final sale. No returns, no exchanges.
  • No gift cards, discount codes or rewards points accepted.
  • By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that photography and video recording may occur at the event and that you may appear in our marketing materials, including social media.

2025 Holiday Return Policy

We want you to love your holiday purchases! If something doesn’t work out, here’s how to make your return as easy as possible.

Eligibility

Orders placed between November 5 and December 22, 2025 are eligible for a full refund through January 11, 2026. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags attached and returned in their original packaging.

Final Sale Items
Some holiday favorites are final sale and can’t be returned:

• Alice & Wonder and Mini Wonder branded holiday apparel

• Holiday décor (including ornaments, cups, candles, and decorative accents)

• Any final sale styles with prices ending in .89

These items will always be clearly marked on their product pages.

Need a different size? We’re happy to offer sizing exchanges on Alice & Wonder or Mini Wonder brand holiday apparel if your desired size is still in stock. If done by mail, customers are responsible for placing an exchange order and covering applicable shipping charges for exchange requests.

Additionally, any Alice & Wonder hat that is personalized with a hat patch(es) or item that is custom chainstitched is non-refundable. Should you have a question or concern, please reach out to info@aliceandwonder.com

In-Store Pickup Orders

Pickup Orders will follow the above Holiday Return Policy, along with the following:

• We’ll hold your pickup order for 7 days after it’s ready (fulfillment date). After that, your order will be cancelled.

• If your order includes final sale items (anything ending in .89, Alice & Wonder or Mini Wonder brand holiday apparel, or any holiday décor), those items are not eligible for a refund.

• Refunds will be issued for eligible items only. Non-refundable pieces will be held at your pickup location for 90 days before being donated.

Return Options

• In-store purchases: must be returned to one of our store locations (we can’t accept mailed returns for in-store purchases).

• Online purchases: can be returned in-store for free or by mail (a $4.95 return shipping fee applies; limit one return label per order).
