Return Policy

2023 Return Policy: 

Here's the deal. We hate buying pretty fun things online only to not have them fit right or not be what you're looking for. So we encourage you to return or exchange if your item isn't right!

Return unused, unwashed, and unworn merchandise for a full refund within 20 days from the purchase date (in-store) or from the delivery date (online).

Final Sale items (any item ending in pricing .89) or seasonal items (Holiday, St. Patrick's Day, Americana) are non-refundable, as indicated in their product listing.

Online returns can be made via a pre-paid return mailing label provided by Alice & Wonder. A $4.95 shipping fee will be deducted per order. Limit one return mailing label per order. Online returns can also be returned in-store for free.

In-store purchases must be returned to a store location. Please note, merchandise purchased in our stores cannot be returned via mail. Additionally, we cannot process store-bought returns at our warehouse.

Print your label, pack up your pretty fun things & include your packing slip.

Ship items back within 5 business days. Refund will be issued within one week of receipt of items.


Full return policy can be found below:

Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed.

Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.

Return merchandise must be dropped off and scanned by the carrier within 5 business days of receiving your prepaid return label.

Any indication of wear, alteration, wash or items returned without a tag, may result in a denied refund. Return shipping of a denied item will be covered by the customer.

Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale items (any item ending in pricing .89) or seasonal items (Holiday, St. Patrick's Day, Americana) are non-refundable.


Let’s get it right! If you have purchased an item but want a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for your desired item and starting a return for the item that did not work. Due to high turnover of stock, we do not offer exchanges at this time.


Any damaged items need to be reported within 10 days. To report a damage, please email Please note that damages reported outside of 10 day policy may not qualify for a replacement or refund.

Returning a gift?

No problem! Simply head to our returns portal and click on ‘return a gift’ to initiate a gift return. Please note, you'll need the order number and gift givers shipping zip code. If you'd like assistance in accessing this information, please email 

Lost Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit. All USPS tracking inquiries should be directed to USPS customer service.


In-Store Pickup Return Policy:

We will hold all pickup in-store orders for 7 days from the date your pickup order is fulfilled. After 7 days, your pickup order will be cancelled and you’ll be issued a refund.

Per our return policy, in-store pickup orders can be returned for a full refund within 20 days of your pickup fulfillment date. No refunds will be issued after 20 days.

Please note, if your pickup order includes any final sale items (items ending in .89 or holiday-themed merchandise), those items will not be refunded. We will refund all items in your order applicable for return and will keep non-refundable merchandise for pickup.

If your non-refundable merchandise is not picked up within 90 days, your items will be donated.

All purchases made from November 10 - December 20 are applicable for a full refund until January 8. Store credit will be offered until January 15. Merchandise must not be worn, washed, or altered. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging.

Please note, all holiday-themed merchandise (sweatshirts, tees, cups, ornaments, candles & other home décor) are non-refundable. Sizing exchanges will be granted on holiday themed apparel should the requested exchange size be in stock.

Purchasing a gift?

Your recipient can return their purchase within our outlined holiday return dates and receive the full amount either back to the original form of payment or to a gift card that does not expire (aka your gift will keep on giving!). Please note, gifts will no longer be eligible for store credit after January 15, as outlined in our holiday return policy.
