2026 Return Policy:
Here's the deal. We hate buying pretty fun things online only to not have them fit right or not be what you're looking for. So we encourage you to return or exchange if your item isn't right!
Return unused, unwashed, and unworn merchandise for a full refund within 20 days from the purchase date (in-store) or from the delivery date (online).
Final Sale Items:
Items that are marked final sale can’t be returned:

Alice & Wonder and Mini Wonder branded holiday apparel and St. Patrick's Day-themed merchandise.
- Holiday décor (including ornaments, cups, candles, and decorative accents)
- Any final sale styles with prices ending in .89
Additionally, any Alice & Wonder hat that is personalized with a hat patch(es) is non-refundable. Should you have a question or concern regarding your personally patched hat, please reach out to info@aliceandwonder.com.
Online returns can be made via a pre-paid return mailing label provided by Alice & Wonder. A $4.95 shipping fee will be deducted per order. Limit one return mailing label per order. Online returns can also be returned in-store for free.
In-store purchases must be returned to a store location. Please note, merchandise purchased in our stores cannot be returned via mail. Additionally, we cannot process store-bought returns at our warehouse.
Please note, all holiday-themed merchandise (sweatshirts, tees, cups, ornaments, candles & other home décor) are non-refundable. Sizing exchanges will be granted on holiday-themed apparel should the requested exchange size be in stock. Applicable exchange shipping will be covered by the customer.

Print your label, pack up your pretty fun things & include your packing slip. |
Ship items back within 5 business days. Refund will be issued within one week of receipt of items. |
Exchanges:
Let’s get it right! If you have purchased an item but want a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for your desired item and starting a return for the item that did not work. Due to high turnover of stock, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
Damages:
Any damaged items need to be reported within 10 days. To report a damage, please email info@aliceandwonder.com. Please note that damages reported outside of 10 day policy may not qualify for a replacement or refund.
Returning a gift?
No problem! Simply head to our returns portal and click on ‘return a gift’ to initiate a gift return. Please note, you'll need the order number and gift givers shipping zip code. If you'd like assistance in accessing this information, please email info@aliceandwonder.com.
Lost Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit. All USPS tracking inquiries should be directed to USPS customer service.
In-Store Pickup Return Policy:
Pickup Orders will follow the above Return Policy, along with the following:
• We’ll hold your pickup order for 7 days after it’s ready (fulfillment date). After that, your order will be cancelled.
• If your order includes final sale items those items are not eligible for a refund.
• Refunds will be issued for eligible items only. Non-refundable pieces will be held at your pickup location for 90 days before being donated.
If your non-refundable merchandise is not picked up within 90 days, your items will be donated.
