All orders will ship within 72 business hours via USPS, unless there is a pre-order item associated with your order. All orders ship as complete. Online purchases: 

You have 15 days from the time your order arrives to your door to request a full refund. Need a little more time? Store credit is offered for return requests made between 16-30 days of receiving your order. 

Pickup purchases: 

All pick-up orders will be held for seven days before cancelling. Should your order not be picked up within seven days, a full refund will automatically be issued. 

Items ending in .89 or marked as 'final sale' will remain final sale.

In-store purchases: 

All purchases made in-store will have 15 days from the purchase date to return for a full refund and 16-30 days for store credit. In-store purchases can only be returned in-store.
