2020 Return Policy

 

RETURN POLICY:

30-day returns (Full refund within 15 days, store credit within 30 days). 

All full-price purchases made in-store can be returned for a full refund 15 days from purchase date or offered a store credit between 16-30 days from purchase date. 

For online orders, a prepaid shipping label will be given for all returns that meet our refund policy. START YOUR RETURN HERE.

For FREE returns back to your original form of payment:

  • A refund request must be received within 15 days of your package delivery date.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 5 business days of receiving your prepaid return label.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
  • Merchandise returned without the original tag, or with any type of wear or damage, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
  • Items other than apparel (i.e. decor, gifts, shoes, accessories) will incur a return shipping fee based on the return shipping cost. This cost will be deducted from your total refund amount. Free returns are only offered on full-price apparel made within 15 days of receiving your package.
  • Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box.
  • Please Note:Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Final Sale items (any item ending in pricing .89) may not be returned.

 

For store credit (returns made between 16-30 days):

  • A refund request must be received within 16-30 days of your package delivery date.

Exchanges:

In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Instead, you'll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we'll credit your account.

Damages:

Any damaged items need to be reported within the 15-day return window to info@aliceandwonder.com. Damages reported outside of 15-days may not qualify for a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit. All USPS tracking inquiries should be directed to USPS customer service.
